Texturizing Products

WATER BASE SPRAY GRAIN (WBSG) - This water base product is a one part spray grain. Used with a Pre Val sprayer this grain creates a fine to medium grain depending on the application rate. Once dried it can be sanded for desired texture. This product works excellent as a blending agent to hide any flaws left in your repair.

CHIP GUARD (3980) - This is an aerosol of texture spray. Protects vulnerable lower panels from chipping and metal corrosion,. Excellent adhesion and extra tough film for ultimate protection. Spray pattern may be varied to match various factory textures.

FLEXIBLE PRIMER SURFACER (3000) - Apply Primer Surfacer on repaired areas, let dry, then sand down till you achieve desired texture. You can build up layers to improve your texture.

FLEX-TEX (3800) - A unique blend of flexible materials designed to be used for retexturing repaired areas on plastics, dashes, vinyls, bumpers and armrests. Apply Flex-Tex on repaired areas, let dry, then sand down till you achieve desired texture.

PLASTIC CLONE (PC) - A two-step process used to duplicate the same grain impression you will need to finish your repair. When you are read to grain, spray a light tack coat over the entire area you are graining. Wait about fifteen to twenty seconds, then spray a wet coat. After making a graining pad with the same texture you will spray your activator on the pad and on the repair area. Then press the pad over the repaired area and hold for about thirty seconds. Now dab off the excess moisture to see the grain. Repeat until desired texture is achieved.

MIRACLE DASH TEXURE "A" (MDTA) - This is the first of a two part process. Spray on repaired area. The heavier the amount sprayed will create a deeper grain. Let dry for 10-30 seconds depending on temperature, then apply....

MIRACLE DASH TEXURE "B" (MDTB) - This is the second of a two part process. After the application of (MDTA) spray this over the repaired area and allow the chemical reaction of both products to create your texture. The heavier the amount sprayed will create a wider grain.

TEXTURE COATING (3985) - This aerosol of texture spray duplicates the original finish on urethane bumpers, instrument panels, dashes, consoles and other textured plastic and vinyl parts. No priming required.

GRAINING PAPERS SET (GPS-6) - A set of 6 different thin papers (3" x 8") with grains to be used with our heat iron to reproduce your grain.

Vinyl Repair Products

FINAL WELD (FW) - A low heat cured vinyl and leather compound that once cured can be lightly sanded using 400-600 grit sandpapers. This compound is a very strong base compound used on vinyl, padded dashes, punctures in leather, arm rests and for repairing thin vinyl using your Ultratorch and Iron attachment.

GRAINING COMPOUND (GC) - A white silicone compound used for making grain impressions. Using approximately one ounce of compound per pad, mix with six to eight drops of the catalyst, then pour the compound on the area you wish to duplicate the grain. Spread evenly with a palette knife and let dry. After a time you will create a library of different pads with various grains that can be used repeatedly again.

GRAINING COMPOUND CATALYST (GCC) - This is the catalyst for the graining compound. Use six to eight drops of the catalyst to one ounce of compound.

GRAINING PAD SET (GP-S) - We have compiled a set of fifteen graining pads with the most popular grains embedded in them. These pads have a vinyl backing to help you identify the pattern on the grain and to protect your hands from the heat.

GRAINING PAPERS SET (GPS-6) - A set of 6 different thin papers (3" x 8") with grains to be used with our heat iron to reproduce your grain.

T-12 THINNER (T/12-2) - This thinner is used on Vinyl Repair Compound to thin out the compound should it start to thicken up.

VINYL MESH (VM) - A fine nylon mesh sprayed with a fiber coating to give added strength. Used for reinforcing vinyl repairs. By putting a thin layer of Vinyl Repair Compound on the surface, then a swatch of Vinyl Mesh, followed by another layer of Vinyl Repair Compound, you heat weld the repair together like a sandwich for strength and durability.

VINYL REPAIR COMPOUND (VRC) - Used to repair vinyl by using a heat welding process. Our compounds come in regular and thick. We also stock various colored compounds.

VINYL SUB PATCH (VSP) - Used for reinforcement underneath the area to be repaired. Cut a piece about one quarter of an inch wider than the damaged area, then secure in place by using BOND CA or vinyl repair compound.

VINYL SUB PATCH (VSP-A) - A reinforcement material used exactly as basic (VSP) except for one side contains its own adhesive.

Leather Repair Products

LEATHER FILL (LF) - A water based compound used for small cracks and blemishes. Air cures and is easy to sand.

LEATHER CRACK FILL (LCF) - A solvent based compound used for repairing surface cracks that air drys and sands easily.

LEATHER CREAM FILL (LCR) - A water based compound used to for a smooth skin finish over the repaired area. Apply with a paper towel quickly and let air dry. This will provide a final base from which to texture and color.

LEATHER PRIMER (LP) - This is designed to help adhesion on other compounds if you are having problems with the color not adhering.

LEATHER SMELL CONDITIONER (LSC) - A basic leather conditioner that contains a high leather smell.

LEATHER SOFT FILL (LSF) - Use to fill in any pinholes or minor imperfections. Just a quick swipe with the pallette knife will do, much like using spot putty. Let air dry.

DEEP LEATHER FILL (DLF) - This water base leather compound is used for deeper cracks. It is an air cured compound that needs to be layered, alloying to dry in between coats. Use the other compounds as needed (LF-LSF-LCR) to finish the repair.

LEATHER ADHESIVE (LA) - This should be wiped into any exposed leather fibers such as in frayed areas, slices part way through or where there may be a series of digs in the leather that can be brushed back and laid back down. Do not leave Leather Adhesive on the surface to the original finish. Allow to air dry. Also used as adhesive to secure a subpatch.

FLEXIBLE URE-WELD (39406) - Two part base compound used to repair large damaged areas. After Ure-Weld dries sand smooth and finish repair with the other leather products as needed.

HEAT CURED LEATHER COMPOUND (LRC-40) - A low temperature heat cured compound used in repairing leather the same way vinyl repair compound is used. You can also use the other leather products to finish off the repair as needed.

LEATHER PENETRATE DYE (LD) - Penetrate dye is used with a clean lint free cloth and wiped on the leather. It is used for complete color changes. An example is if you are dying from white to black. When you apply the dye, it will penetrate into the leather and change the color almost instantly, then spray your color coat over the top.

Velour Repair Products

SUPERIOR FABRIC SHIELD (SFS) - This aerosol solvent velour topcoat leaves your repair with a softer more natural feel. It protects your repair and leaves a low luster original look. Apply after repair is completely done.

WATER BASE TOPCOAT (WBVTC-A) - Same as above except water base.

VELOUR SPRAY ADHESIVE (492) - An aerosol can used for applying the blending layer of velour to the repaired area. May also be used for top coating the final layer of velour.

VELOUR ATOMIZER (A111) - A glass atomizer with a metal head and rubber squeeze bulb for dispersing velour flock.

VELOUR FLOCK-EASE (SF) - A plastic atomizer used to disperse velour flock. Attach the rubber squeeze bulb for applying.

BULB - A rubber squeeze bulb that is attached to the (SF) for velour dispersing.

SUPERIOR BASE VELOUR ADHESIVE (SBA or SBA-4) - This base adhesive is used for plugging the hold created by a cigarette burn in fabric repair. After sub patching (if needed), place a dab of SBA into the hole, then embed the fibers with a toothbrush, razor blade, etc,. For best results mix velour with SBA first. Comes in solvent (SBA) or water base (SBA-4).

VELOUR FLOCK (VF) - Nylon or Rayon fiber material used to repair fabric. Can be used for seats, door panels or head liners. Available in four ounces, 2 ounces (by volume), half pounds, quarter pounds and pounds.

WATER BASE VELOUR ADHESIVE (WBA) - A water base adhesive applied with your choice of spray tool used for blending or top coating your velour repair. A strong adhesive that leaves a soft feel to your repair. Dilute 5-10% with water for best results.

WATER BASE VELOUR ADHESIVE (WBA-A) - Same as above except in aerosol.

PROLOUR VELOUR RESTORER (PROLOUR) - This device incorporates an electrostatic generator that charges up to a 50,000 volts electrical charge to propel velour fibers. Designed with a 2" small head for dispersing control.

UNIQUE STITCH (U/S) - A fast drying water soluble adhesive perfect for bonding fabric to fabric. Can be used as SBA also.

COLORED PENCILS (CP-24/CP-48) - Used when repairing multiple colored velour fabric. Wet the pencil and apply color.

COLORED MARKERS (CM-20) - Same as above. Do not need to wet the marker.

VELOUR COLOR CHART (VCC) Actual velour samples of our colors in clear plastic casings.

Plastic, Dash, Bumper and Retexturizing Products

NOTE: When using a cold process repairing method it is recommended to seal your repairs with Flexible Super Sealer. This will help blend and seal in your repair method of choice.

PADDED DASH FILL (2050-9) - Formulated from special polyester resins that increases adhesion and flexibility while repairing vinyl and other plastic substrates. (Arm rests, console covers, dashes and bumpers.) It has excellent filling qualities which allows shaping, sanding and feathering of your edges. This product is also used as a top coat over other cold type repair processes.

FLEX FILLER 2 (2000-T) - A two part, flexible fast curing epoxy putty used for repairing tears, punctures, and gouges in flexible parts.

This product has superior adhesion and is is easily sandable.

DASH PUTTY POWDER (4909A-4) - This product is mixed with Liquid Vinyl to form a putty with the viscosity of peanut butter. It is used to repair minor damage in plastics and vinyls. It works as a flexible topcoat over large repaired areas. It is an air dry compound that can be sanded.

LIQUID VINYL (4909-16) - This product is mixed with DASH PUTTY POWDER to form a putty with the viscosity of peanut butter. It it used to repair minor damage in plastics and vinyls. It works as a flexible topcoat over large repaired areas. It is an air dry compound that can be sanded.

FLEXIBLE SEM WELD II (39708) - Revolutionary formulation containing adhesion promoters which is designed specifically for problem plastics. In addition to outstanding adhesion characteristics, this two part epoxy based compound sands easily without clogging and virtually will not pinhole. May be used on most interior and exterior plastics for structural and non-structural damage.

POLYURETHANE CLEAR ROD (R-1) - Commonly used on bumper covers, fenders, exterior door panels, filler panels, soft bezels, etc. These rods are used in conjunction with the 5003TH Mini-Weld Airless Plastic Welder. The R-1 rod is heated through the airless welder then flowed in to repair area after the damages area been V-grooved. Then sand the area carefully using 80-100 grit sandpaper.

ABS WHITE WELDING ROD (R-3) - Commonly used on grills, head lamp doors, lower instrument panels, consoles and interior trim panels. Usage is similar to that of the R-1 rod. Other Rods available according to types of plastics.

FOREVER BLACK (F/B) - Rejuvenates the finish on bumpers, wheel wells, moldings, side moldings, mud guards, tires, door handles, spoilers and mirrors. Permanently recolors and protects all BLACK plastics, vinyl & rubber surfaces on your car without silicone. It will not attract dust and also protects against UV damage.

MICRO BALLOONS (MB) - A brown powdery substance used in conjunction with cyanoacrylate adhesives to fill in cracks on hard plastic surfaces. Once you "V" out the crack, put some adhesive in the bottom of the crack and add micro balloon until you almost reach the surface. Then top off with more adhesive, making sure not to get any on your skin. The chemical reaction between these two products produces a lot of heat that will case extreme burning. Keep in mind these adhesives bond instantly to skin. Once you have filled the crack to surface level use Flex Bond to fill any pinholes let in your repair. Use Padded Dash Fill if needed.

QUICK FIX (QF) - This epoxy is used for plastic repair. It can be used on dashes, console covers and bumpers. Just break off a piece and knead it between you hands until putty turns all one color. Then mold into repair area and sand until smooth. Use Padded Dash Fill to feather in edges if needed.

FLEXIBLE BUMPER PATCH (39127) - A moderately flexible filler designed primarily for cosmetic repairs on urethane parts. Has outstanding sanding and shaping qualities.

FLEXIBLE POLYESTER PUTTY (39458) - This product is formulated to be used for small imperfections and as a finish coat on plastics. It has a smoother texture, great adhesion, flexible, fast drying time and sands easily.

Glues & Adhesives

PLASTIC AND EMBLEM ADHESIVE (08061) - A clear adhesive for bonding a variety of plastics to metal and other materials. Suitable for adhering rigid plastic interior trim, exterior protective vinyl trim, and plastic or metal emblems.

SUPER WEATHERSTRIP ADHESIVE (8001) - A light colored, fast drying, high strength, waterproof adhesive for bonding all types of weatherstripping. Also bonds all types of gaskets to metal. Resists oils, solvents, and greases.

SUPER TRIM ADHESIVE (8090) - A contact adhesive designed for bonding vinyl tops, and headliners, where strength and heat resistence are needed.

SUBORDINATE ADHESIVE (PC-2) - Bonds vinyl coated and laminated fabrics, plastics, metals, woods and leather. Brushes smoothly and quickly, fast drying, waterproof, versatile and has a long shelf life.

BOND-CA (PT-08) - A very thin viscosity cyanoacrylate, instant curing adhesive for vinyl, leather or tacking operations on plastic and urethane bumper repairs. Used to cure Micro Balloons.

FLEX-BOND (PT-32) - A thin viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive used for filling small gaps, retaining texture and bonds to porous surfaces. Create texture by dabbing wet glue with a piece of foam rubber, use accelerator, then sand with 320-400 grit sandpaper to lever the top of the grain. Not recommended for large areas as cracking will occur on very flexible surfaces.

FLEX GEL (PT-31 & PT-31C) - A medium viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive used for filling gaps, retaining texture and bonds to porous surfaces. Provides the best flexibility of all cyanoacrylate adhesives available. Comes in black or clear.

BOND-A-GAP (PT-02) - This is a "non surface sensitive" adhesive, which means it will bond to surfaces that are contaminated with oils, silicones, and mold released agents. The medium viscosity allows you time to position your components before it cures.

SLO BOND (PT-20) - A thick viscosity cyanoacrylate with gap filling qualities. It will have the slowest curing time of all the adhesives except Power Gel.

POWER GEL (SPG) - The thickest viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive. Use where maximum filling or heavy texture is required. Can also be used to fix vinyl in areas where flexibility is not essential or for thin vinyl where heat can not be used. For example, cracks in armrests, dashes, door panels or console covers.

BOND KICKER (PT-15) - An accelerator for speeding up the drying time for cyanoacrylate adhesives. It can be applied by brush, sprayer or dropper. If you apply the kicker before applying the glue you will have an instant setting on vertical surfaces. By applying before and after will set thick adhesive from both top and bottom producing catalytic action.

BOND RELEASE (PT-16) - For those of us who have a habit of getting glue on us and not knowing until we are stuck on something, there is debonder. Squeeze a little on the surface of bonded material and gently work in. Results should be immediate.

LIQUID VINYL (4909-16) - Clear flexible liquid vinyl used with Dash Putty Powder. Also used for adhering vinyl and leather.

Z-ENDS AND TUBES (PT-18) - Cone shaped ends for the bottles of cyanoacrylate glues to put the glue right where you want it. For those hard to reach areas these tubes will fit right on the bottles and will dispense the glue in a fine bead. Also contained in the kit are nylon tubes for super fine beading.

SILICONE (SILI) - Heavy duty adhesive for attaching dash caps and arm rest covers. This is a clear silicone that bonds permanently.

T-10 REDUCER (T10) - This product is used to thin down PC2 Subordinate adhesive. If there is too much adhesive applied on a repair, wipe excess off immediately and if any PC2 has hardened, it can be worked down with the T10 reducer. Apply with a Q-tip and keep wiping until you reach the desired level.

Sealers, Primers, Flexible Additives and Promoters

FLEXIBLE SUPER SEALER (3250) - A unique single component polyester based material that not only seals and fills sand scratches, it also drastically improves paint adhesion on all plastics. Super Sealer is flexible and can be used on both flexible and rigid parts and is an excellent solvent barrier. Note: DO NOT THIN!! THIS PRODUCTS IS READY TO SPRAY RIGHT OUT OF THE CAN!!!

FLEX-ALL 2 (3750) - Flex-All 2 is a flex agent that is added to virtually all paint systems including Urethane, Base Coat Clear Coats, Isocyanate Free Systems, Acrylic Enamel and Acrylic Lacquer. This product will keep your paint flexible to help prevent cracking and peeling. Now one Flex Additive does if all!! This is a highly concentrated form to save you money. Note: Flex-All 2 must be mixed with paint BEFORE adding thinner.

BARRIER COAT (BC) - A thick clear lacquer for vinyl finishes where maximum resistance to plasticizer migration form beneath is desired. Spray over the repair after curing but before coloring. Improves grain ability and hides "flaws" and "halos" in vinyl and plastic repairs.

SAND FREE (3836) - Works as a bonding agent on plastics under color coat. A special blend of solvents softens the substrate promoting adhesion of the material being applied. Also works on difficult to sand areas such as door jams, under hoods and other hard to reach areas.

FLEXIBLE BONDING CLEAR (3986) - Promotes adhesion of top coat materials when repairing or refinishing problem plastics such as Polyethylene. Works equally well on all flexible or rigid plastics and on painted surfaces.

LEATHER SEALER (LS-5) - Leather is a natural product and contains microscopic pores which will soak up liquid similar to wood fibers. It is necessary to seal the leather first with LS5 clear base by spraying on one or more coats so that the surface is soaked up with the LS5 and well sealed prior to applying color. LS5 is also used for restoring the appearance of old leather and for improving its flexibility. Lastly, the LS5 clear base can be used as a base coat or a primer on many other surfaces besides leather, such as wood, metal or plastic before spraying them with color coating. The LS5 gives an excellent bond and acts as an excellent primer for this type of application. You may also spray LS5 over vinyl color coatings to give it a wet look.

BLUSH RETARDER (SBR) - This product is used in your solvent base dyes in hot weather to slow down the drying time and in humid and cold weather to prevent fogging.

WATER BASE HI-TAC PRIMER (WBTP) - A soft flexible clear tacky primer used to adhere your color on difficult Leather (steering wheels, arm rests, furniture) and any other oily surfaces. Spray or wipe on. Let dry and apply color.

WATER BASE PLASTIC PRIMER (PP) - A clear primer used for adhesion on plastics. Can also add color pigment and spray directly on plastics for coloring. Spray or wipe on 1 to 2 coats. Let dry and apply color.

 

Tools and Equipment

ULTRA TORCH HEAT TOOL (UT-100) - The standard ultra torch which is compact, yet a high performance heat tool comes complete with on ejector for soldering and heat tip applications: one ejector for torch applications and a heat shrink attachment. Also included is a tool holder, solder sponge, spanner wrench, soldering tip, heat tip and a metal carrying case. Also available is a heat iron which attaches to the UT-100. This unit is used for vinyl repair and plastic welding. Great for those car lots where electricity is hard to find.

ULTRA TORCH SELF IGNITING MODEL (UT-100SI) - Comes with everything that the UT-100 offers with the exception of the metal case. Cases can be purchased separately. The unique feature of this too is that it self ignites.

ULTRA TORCH HEAT TOOL (UT-200 & UT-200SI) - Same at the UT-100 & UT-100SI but larger.

CROWN SPRAY TOOL (8210) - This completely versatile spray gun saves you time, energy and money. Fast action trigger maintains constant, steady pressure for smooth, even coverage. Sprays most any liquid....anywhere. It has the unique ability to atomize liquids.

AIRLESS PLASTIC WELDER (5500HT) - Used to repair various types of plastics by welding together the proper rod. Using your manual you will determine what type of material you are working on and what type of rod will be used. After the repair is welded, finish by using the padded dash filler or bumper patch depending on what material you are working on.

HEEL PADS (HP-small-medium-large) - Used to repair holes in carpet by securing with adhesive.

LIQUID MOUTH ATOMIZER (862) - Nickel plated spraying device which you use to blow paints, textures and adhesives. Atomizer will attach to flip top lids to make application easier.

TEFLON MAT (TM9) - A nine by nine sheet of Teflon used as a barrier in vinyl repairs to keep tools from sticking to repaired areas. For example chill bars and irons. Can also be used when repairing by super glue methods.

PALETTE KNIFE (GR-870) - An off set blade used to spread repair compounds out evenly and thinly.

CURVED HEAT TIP (5") - Five inch curved reducer tip to direct the heat form the heat gun to a small confined area.

CURVED POUR SPOUTS (5900-U) - These attach to one and one quarter inch oblong paint can for easy pouring.

NITRILE GLOVES (7005) - 100% Nitrile. More puncture resistant than natural rubber or vinyl. Reduces stress to the hand. Used when handling chemicals and solvent.

VINYL GLOVES (8222L) - Vinyl disposable gloves, One hundred per box. Used for handling chemicals and solvents.

STEEL WOOL (SW) - Used to sand off any burrs on your water base dyes. Can also be used on leather to put a mild abrasion on the surface for better dye contact.

BADGER AIR BRUSHES & DETAIL GUNS - We have all different types on guns used for coloring with or without a compressor.

Solvents, Prep Cleaners and Dressings

SUPER CLEAN PLASTIC CLEANER (1000) - Does not contain Mineral Spirits! Cleaners that contain Mineral Spirits leave an oily film on the surface and can cause the paint to peel. This cleaner is formulated to remove mold release agents, wax, silicone, tar and other contaminants form painted or unpainted, plastic or metal surfaces.

RED RELIEF (RR) - This is a two part product that combined with terry cloth and steam iron will remove pesky food, koolaid, rust, iodine and mold stains.

WATER BORNE VINYL AND PLASTIC PREP (38464) - Removes mold release agents, fingerprints, grease, wax and other contaminants and leaves vinyls and plastic substrates clean for coating. This product will not soften or distort material and leaves no residue or film.

SILICONE WASH (S100) - This chemical is used to clean all surfaces in preparation for repairing and coloring. Silicone and wax contamination is not visible but is very common. It must be washed off or peeling of paint will result.

SUPERIOR LEATHER PREP (SLP) - A special solvent combination designed to prepare leather for coating with color coat or other leather coatings. Almost all commercial leathers are factory processed with a coating which prevents proper adhesion of the other surface finishes. Leather Prep penetrates this film and removes it to allow proper adhesion of color coat.

VINYL & LEATHER CLEANER (SVC) - Cleans vinyl, leather, Naugahyde, Dacron, nylon and other related fabrics. It is non abrasive and leaves no residue. Keeps vinyl and leather clean, soft and bright. Removes soil, grease and grime from the deepest grains. SVC is non-flammable, water based and odorless for safe environmental applications. Use nylon brush to scrub soils out of the pores in leather.

Z7 VINYL & LEATHER CLEANER (Z7) - Same as above but stronger and should be diluted.

VINYL & PLASTIC PREP SOLVENT (VPPS) - Prepares plastic and vinyl for coloring. Will not leave a residue. Use caution: will distort some fragile vinyls if used in excess.

LEXOL LEATHER CLEANER (LCL) - You can help prevent leather from cracking by using Lexol Cleaner. Deep cleans and foams away dirt and oils that build up on leather.

LEXOL LEATHER CONDITIONER (LCO) - Lexol's unique formula penetrates into wet or dry leather to bond with the leather fibers. Unlike other products, Lexol does not leave a slick or slippery film. Both cleaner and conditioner is adjusted to the pH range of leather itself.

COFFEE STAIN REMOVER (CFSR) - A two part mixture used to remove brown stains. Just spray on and watch the stain foam up and wipe off with a clean moist rag.

VINYLEX PROTECTANT (VP) - A new formula designed to renew vinyl, rubber and plastic. Vinylex with ist DH-60 UV sunscreen protects against fading, cracking and drying caused by age, environmental pollution and the sun. For use on car interiors, vinyl tops, bumpers, tires, luggage and furniture.

CARPET SPOT REMOVER (CSR) - Excellent for removing stains from carpets and upholstery. From car interiors to restaurants as well as homes and apartments, CSR is perfect for many cleaning situations.

ZX5 INK REMOVER (ZX5) - Removes ink from a number of materials including vinyl and cloth.

SEM SOLVE (38374) - This product is a special combination of solvents formulated to simplify cleanup of adhesives, waxes, road tar, grease and paint overspray. It comes ready to use, easy pour spout, leaves no residue and removes contaminants fast.

SEM Coloring Products

COLOR COAT (1500) - An elastomeric coating formulated specifically for flexible automotive parts. Not a dye but a high hiding solvent based coating. Permits complete color change of most plastics, vinyls and leathers. Also "freshens" carpet and velour.

CUSTOM FINISH CONCENTRATE (2028) - To be mixed with solvent based clears or to existing colors for that metallic look. Available in gold, silver and white. (White is used to add density to others whites for better coverage.)

BUMPER COATERS (3910) - This product comes in a wide range of colors to match most domestic and foreign bumpers. These single component flexible elastomeric coatings make reconditioning and coloring bumpers easy and profitable.

TRIM FINISHES (3914) - To restore faded and peeling exterior trim parts. These are self etching - offering maximum adhesion, even on stainless steel and chrome with proper preparations. Use on rear view mirrors, wiper blade rods or any metal trim part.

SOLVENT BASED FLATNER (265) - A solvent based flatting concentrate to add to your color to control the sheen.

Water Base Dyes

CLEAR WATER BASE (CWB) - The clear base is designed for high performance uses, where durability, flexibility, chemical and abrasion resistance are required.

PRE-MIXED WATER BASE COLOR (WB/PC) - Non-toxic, non-flammable, quick drying and cleans up with water. Excellent adhesion on vinyl, leather, plastic, fabric and carpet. UV resistant, permanent coating which provides good water, humidity, chemical and solvent resistance properties. Maximum coverage attained using less material.

WATER BASE PIGMENT (WBP) - Pure color pigment that has to be added to Clear Base for spraying purposes. Works the same as above.

WATER BASE FLATNER (WBF) - To be added directly into the water base dyes (5-25%) to dull down the sheen. For those instances where you do not want a lot of shine to the finished dye job.

WATER BASE FLEX AGENT (WBFA) - This product should be added to your water base dyes (5-10%) when you are working on heigh traffic materials. One example is furniture. This material takes a lot of abuse and over all wear and tear. Your dye has to be able to withstand the flexibility of that kind of material. You can also use this product as a sealer to help adhesion.

WATER BASE SLIP AGENT (WBSA) - Use this product directly into your color, clear top coat or velour adhesive (WBA) (2-5%) to soften the feel of your repair and re-coloring job.
