Spread the vinyl compound over the damaged area and cure using a heat gun, ultratorch or iron. The compound will be cured once it has turned clear. Use a graining pad or paper to grain the repaired area. Using you heat tool re-heat the compound until it smokes and then press(and hold down for about 30 seconds) your graining pad over the smoking compound to achieve your grain. For best results do a small area at a time. Repeat until satisfied. When using and iron use the graining papers on top of the compound after it is cured and iron in the grain.
