Return Policy

All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number (account number and invoice number). A copy of your invoice will help expedite your credit. All products have a 60 day guarantee unless otherwise stated.

There will be a 15% restocking charge on returned products that are not defective. There will be no restocking charge on products sent incorrectly or defective. There are NO CASH refunds on non-defective products, we will credit your account for your next purchase. Products must be in original condition when returning or defective and within 60 days of purchase. Products that are abused will not be credited.
