Unfortunately, some people in our industry have become ill or even passed away in part by not taking precautions when using hazardous chemicals. Superior would like to remind you to wear gloves, goggles and respirators when working with hazardous materials. Remember: your health should be the most important thing to you and your family and by checking the labels on the materials you are using could help prevent disaster. Waterbase Is Environmentally Safe

Our industry is becoming more dependent upon the use of water-based products. Due to the increasing rules and regulations, we will eventually have no choice but to switch to water based colors especially. Now is the time to make the move to stay ahead of the pack.

Our Water Base System is a unique blend of water borne resins with a high solid water borne polyurethane dispersion. It is specially designed for increased flexibility without cracking. An additional feature is the rapid cure development. Within four hours the coating will attain 50% of total curing, eight hours 80% which is a 30% increase. We have designed this product for high performance uses, where durability, flexibility, chemical and abrasion resistance are required. It provides this product excellent adhesion over a variety of substrates, especially soft pliable leather. The aliphatic backbone results in an excellent UV and salt spray resistance, permitting its use in exterior applications.
